roomate saved our fingers and credit cards by providing
us an ice scraper

Ruth's neighborhoodThanks to "Janet" our new American/European GPS we made it successfully to Baltimore to see Ruth, Josh's little sis. She is a dietician for a non-profit in the heart of the guetto of Baltimore. Her organization "Moveable Feast" serves meals to the impoverished and HIV positive population throughout the city. We were thoroughly impressed with the organization and her position as head dietician. I, particularly was stunned by her courage to move out there knowing no one to follow her passion of serving those diagnosed with HIV. We've resolved we need to pray harder though for God to open the door for her to move to a safer city though.
We woke up Thursday morning ready to leave for Dover and found an ice covered car. For those of you who didn't believe in "Ice storms", they really exist! After an hour of chipping away at the car and ruining Josh's college ID card due to the lack of an ice scraper...we won't be needing it anymore anyway, we were off. Next stop: Dover, Delaware!
