Wait, wait some more, we're off!

I was able to finish my book during the 7.5 hour flight
C-5

So we finished up our tour of the East Coast, and made it to Dover Delaware to board our chariot for Europe. The thing about using the military to move you around is you have to have a lot of patience. So we arrived at Dover AFB and signed up for our flight on the C-5 Galaxy to Rota, Spain. Not a surprise, the flight was delayed and then canceled. So we had to scramble around then try to find a place to stay. A quick recommendation, the Days Inn Dover, DE is quite nice for $60 a night and a decent breakfast!! Thank you Tripadvisor! Well we finally made it onto the plane after several more delays and were on our way. The ride in the troop compartment of the C-5 was quite nice and spacious, Josh and I each had our own row and nice big seats, not a bad way to fly at all. If you are in the military you should take advantage of this whenever possible. We wished we had used it more often, but that is in the past!! It is fun now!!......Next Stop ROTA, SPAIN!!!!
